What are we offering?
A HOLISTIC TOOLBOX WITH BEX & LANA
A wonderful offering of yoga, meditation and movement, held at a stunning boutique hotel, in Barriada de Lubrin, Almería, Spain.

This creative space allows a delightful opportunity to escape and indulge for your own individual wellbeing and health.

Capacity:
Limited to 8 rooms. Which can be rented as either single or twin options.

Included:
Seven days and six nights stay in the gorgeous boutique accommodation. Price includes:
All yoga and activities provided by Lana and Bex
All meals, made to suit requirements.
Soft Drinks. Local wine and beer with dinner.
Use of all facilities, including a salt water plunge pool; jacuzzi and dry sauna

990 Euro Share Occupancy

(300 Euro deposit on booking – the rest payable at the retreat)
Fully refundable in case of cancellation, due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Flights are not included – but are available from Bristol to Murcia (please let us know if you need assistance in booking these). Transfers to and from the retreat, will also need to be
arranged separately. Lana and Bex are happy to assist with this and hope to combine retreat goers for a reduction in cost

DOUBLE DAILY YOGA SESSIONS (including Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra), CACAO CEREMONY, JOURNALING & INTENT SETTING, CHOCOLATE
WORKSHOP, ESSENTIAL OILS, SOUND BATHS AND RELAXATION OFFERING.

RETREAT DETAILS:
Join Bex and Lana to dive into the holistic tool box where you can discover pockets of pleasure to make your soul shine.

We will spend a wonderful 7 days incorporating all these elements; yoga, sun, food, community, connection and a little indulgence to please the mind, body and soul – the true meaning of holistic health.

An example of day:

  • We will start our day with a mindful meditation, followed by a 90 minute yoga practice.
    Weaving together an array of yoga styles, ensuring that the variations are attainable for all levels and abilities.
  • Breakfast will be served
  • Time to relax and explore. Whether you want to journal, lay outside or walk around and take in the local surroundings
  • Lunch offered at the Hotel premises
  • Optional creative workshops, such as raw chocolate making, journaling, strength work, mobility, walking etc.
  • Early Evening Yoga sessions – utilising Yin Yoga, Slow Flow and calming techniques.
  • Dinner following yoga
  • Free time

Details:
All workshops will involve a wonderful mixture of knowledge
Yoga classes: Will be more active (Yang) in the morning and more subtle (Yin) in the evening.
Yang styles include: Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Myofascial and Mobility release.
Subtle yoga offerings are: Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Crystal Sound Baths and Meditation.

You might wish to join one of our guided walks, hire a bicycle or venture to the Cabo de Gata and Tabernas Desert.

 

ABOUT YOUR TEACHERS

Bex Bridgford
Bex is an enthusiastic and advanced yoga teacher who has trained with some of the top yoga teachers from around the world, and is known for her contagious positive energy. Being on her mat makes her feel strong, connected and calmer, and this is what she wants to share.

Bex’s integrative approach weaves together a playful style with deep knowledge of the human body, mind and spirit, this enables her to connect with her students, she believes yoga is
available to anyone.

Forrest yoga is a modern style with a holistic approach dealing with the emotional and physical body, its intelligent sequencing along with breathing techniques helps ease everyday tension and shift energy making it perfect to lighten the burdens of 21st century living.

Bex loves to turn her hand to anything that is creative and that can benefit and raise your body’s vibration, whether it is sound, food or movement. That is why she loves creating precious gifts for the body, which you will experience on this specialised retreat.

Lana King
Lana believes in offering a safe space that individuals can connect deeper to themselves, through movement, breath work, intention and time. Yoga is Lana’s sanctuary and has
empowered her life, so she hopes to provide the same for others.

Lana is trained in Forrest Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Vinyasa Yoga. She combines a mixture of philosophical teachings with modern day movement, trying to make it accessible and enjoyable for the modern world.

Lana believes in the magic of holding an open, non-judgmental and safe space for students and clients to move within and allow a well structured practice to offer an opportunity to connect further with the physical body, mind, emotional and spiritual self.

Yoga and movement has the power to change lives and my aim is to offer a practice that suits every individual in their journey. I do this through intention, planning and creating community. Yoga and movement present lessons that can be taken far beyond the mat.
